Made from Mark’s fig tree. Celest figs are a smaller, more delicate variety of figs and they make an incredible jam. Like all Single Tree jams, all of the fruit comes from one tree and the jam is made in small batches of 6 half-pint jars per batch. The ingredients are whole Celeste figs, sugar, water, lemon juice, and a dash of salt. Plus, each batch is made using a fresh cinnamon stick which adds a whole new dimension to the flavor. Each jar contains 8 FL OZ of deliciousness.
Try Celeste fig jam on bagels, English muffins, and toast. It goes great on peanut butter sandwiches. And, for a real treat, try pairing it with baked brie on crackers.
