Single Tree Products is a Florida Cottage Food Operation. As such we are bound by certain restrictions relating to who and where we can sell our products. We are able to sell only to individuals (not companies) with shipping addresses in the United States of America. We can only sell directly to our customers as opposed to going through another retailer, such as physical or online stores. We are also not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations. In order to maintain our Cottage Food Operation status, we are not allowed to prepare our products anywhere but in our home kitchen. We opened for business in September of 2022.
