Goumi Berry Jelly

Made from the berries of Kim’s Goumi Berry bushes. Everyone I have talked to so far had never heard of goumi berries. I hadn’t either, until Kim offered them to me. Since it’s made from the berry juice, this is actually a jelly, not a jam. The ingredients include fruit pectin, as it is required to achieve the right texture. The flavor is sweet and surprisingly tangy! The berries come from two adjacent bushes in Kim’s yard. We only got 12 jars of jelly from the thousands of berries we harvested, so quantities are very limited.
