Orange jam and “the freeze”
The freeze in early 2022 impacted most of the citrus trees in the Tallahassee area. Some trees died, others defoliated and produced little to no fruit, including all of Bill’s orange trees. But somehow, Twila’s orange tree survived and bore fruit. Her tree was the only source of oranges I had. Supplies of orange jam are therefore limited this year, so order now while supplies last.
Please let us know if you or a friend has a fruit tree that produces more fruit than is wanted. Rather than letting it go to waste, we would like to talk about rescuing that fruit and turning it into Single Tree jam. You can contact us here or send an email to SingleTreeProducts@gmail.com.

Pear jam is temporarily out of stock
We ran out of our signature pear jam in December when a number of our customers decided to give it as Christmas presents. The Lydia’s pear tree won’t be bearing fruit until summer, but we will let you know when it is back in stock.
Looking for an alternative? We have plenty of fig jam in stock. And if you have never tried kumquat marmalade, this would be a wonderful time to try ours! You can order any of our Single Tree products here.

Granola is always in stock!
Well, sort of. We only make granola when someone orders it or when we are taking it to the market. That way you can be assured that it is always fresh and delicious. Our philosophy on granola is this: really simple ingredients with really good taste. If you love our jam, you will love our granola. Check out the reviews on our product page!
We sometimes get asked if our granola is gluten free. The answer is a bit complicated. None of the ingredients in our granola naturally contain gluten. But in order to certify it as “gluten free” we would have to purchase gluten free certified ingredients and make the granola in a gluten free certified facility. So while we cannot certify it as gluten free, our granola is certainly “gluten conscious.”
