Lemon Jam

Made from Cynthis’s Myers lemon tree. When it comes to ingredients, it doesn’t get more simple than this: lemon pulp and sugar. That’s it. The flavor is strong lemon tartness, balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. Like all Single Tree jams, all of the fruit comes from one tree and the jam is made in small batches of 6-7 half-pint jars per batch. Each jar contains 8 FL OZ of lemon heaven.

Try lemon jam on bagels, English muffins, and toast. It also goes great with crackers and cheese.
